888r Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 888r ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content provided by 888r.

To be eligible to use the 888r platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia
• Not an 888r employee or an immediate family member of one
• Not currently subject to any prohibition or restriction imposed by any relevant regulatory authority
• Using the 888r platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, and not for any commercial or professional use without prior written consent from 888r

2Registration & User Account

Registering for an 888r account is straightforward and takes less than 3 minutes. During sign-up, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 888r reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason.

Member Responsibilities Regarding Your Account:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one 888r account only — regardless of device, IP address, or payment method used
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential
• You must notify 888r immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• All activity on your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you have reported an account compromise to 888r support
• Account information, including full name, date of birth, and phone number, must reflect the true identity of the account holder

888r uses email and phone number verification to keep your account secure. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available under your account security settings.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 888r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. 888r supports the following payment methods, all of which are recognised local Malaysian options:

Important terms relating to financial transactions at 888r:

• The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the same name as the 888r account holder — transfers to third parties are not permitted
• 888r reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals of RM5,000 or more within any 24-hour period
• Your first withdrawal via each payment method may take up to 24 hours to process for security verification purposes
• Any deposit made through a third party or unrecognised source may be declined and returned
• 888r is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers

4888r Bonus & Promotions

888r offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before opting in. The following general conditions apply to all 888r bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: The standard requirement is 20x the bonus amount received. Example: a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in cumulative bets before a withdrawal is permitted
• Validity period: Each bonus has its own validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the activation date. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and blackjack may only contribute between 10%–25%
• Betting limits while a bonus is active: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round/hand is RM50 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower
• One bonus per promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated

5Game Rules at 888r

General principles that apply to all 888r games:

• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear documented evidence of a technical failure
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, 888r will use the last record confirmed by the system to determine the outcome
• Sports Betting is subject to settlement rules specific to each sport type and market. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the fixed odds that apply to that bet.

For badminton and other sports betting, 888r follows industry-standard settlement rules. Matches postponed more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time will be declared void and all bets refunded. Matches concluded under exceptional circumstances (such as player retirement or extreme weather) will be settled based on the score at the time of stoppage, provided at least one full set has been completed.

6Prohibited Conduct

To protect all 888r members and maintain a fair gaming environment, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Violation of any of the above rules may result in 888r taking the following actions: an official warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and disclosure of information to the relevant authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

7Account Suspension & Closure

888r reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Inability to verify a member's identity or age when requested
• Requests from regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies
• Activities suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure)

If your account is closed at your own request or for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the same payment method used for your last deposit within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion through 888r customer support. The minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days and the maximum is 5 years. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any marketing communications from 888r.

8Responsible Gaming

888r takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that digital entertainment should take place in a safe, controlled environment that supports user wellbeing. Our platform offers a range of tools that members can use to manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately, while increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect

• Session Time Limit: Limit how long you spend on the 888r platform in a single continuous session. The system will notify you when you are approaching your set limit
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without needing to provide a reason
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account by submitting a request to customer support

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 888r is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet service disruptions or connectivity issues beyond our control
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform
• Third-party content or services linked to or integrated within the 888r platform
• Any action or omission taken based on information provided on the platform without independent verification

888r's maximum aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim, or RM10,000, whichever is lower.

10Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

888r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through:

• In-platform notifications on 888r
• Email to your registered address
• Updated as of the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document

Continued use of the 888r platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect, without penalty.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through private negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the rules applicable in Malaysia.
